Embroidery Experience Required

A leader responsible for the safe, organized, on-time, and on-budget execution of a daily production schedule. This position requires a person with the ability and experience to manage employees, employee time, performance and development while being a trueculturechampion. A hands-on shopfloor leader capable of setting up, running, and training employees on embroidery, laser etching, laser cutting, DTF printing, and UV printing. A great communicator capable of cross-functional collaboration while creating a team environment. A leader who embraces the challenge of building a new department and looks forward to new daily challenges.

Pay: $65,000 per year

In this Operations Supervisor role:

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred

• 0-3 years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, required

• 1-2 years logistics industry experience preferred

• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, required

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, required
