Holland is hiring Operation Supervisors and our facility in Charlotte, NC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate all activities of dockworkers and other support personnel.

  • Provide planning, direction and control of all available resources for insuring timely, damage-free, safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts.

  • Provide support personnel and dockworker training and performance feedback to ensure that all work is performed according to company approved procedures and standards.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess

  • High school education or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of proper freight handling/loading techniques.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations. Strong interpersonal skills to create conditions for cooperation and high standards of performance from subordinates.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work long hours including weekends and in inclement weather conditions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Business or equivalent work experience.

  • 1-2 years supervisory experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.

  • Previous experience with a LTL motor freight carrier with knowledge of hazardous materials and applicable collective bargaining agreements.

  • Familiarity with mainframe computers and/or PC applications.

The full time Front Office Coordinator performs a variety of duties related to the authorization and re certification of insurance for the patients of the Comprehensive Wound Care Center and their physicians and also performs a variety of general office duties to assist the staff of the Comprehensive Wound Healing Center. Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities: Answer phone, greet customers, route calls to appropriate staff, schedule patient appointments. Obtain insurance information from customers, obtain insurance verification for services. Coordinate Patient Ancillary Testing with other hospital departments. Enter patient charges and verify charges, reconcile charges as directed. Assemble new patient charts, maintain and file existing patient charts, “spot check” charts for data completeness and signatures. Data entry into proprietary database and data entry into hospital data systems (patient registration) as directed. Audit data entry and generate reports as directed. Maintain office equipment and maintain office supplies, (order as appropriate) Charge reconciliation process Progress note generation for referral sources Center daily entry and data verification Standardization of processes across Centers. Coordination of denials efforts Healogics data bases (I-Heal & I-Connect) upkeep and data integrity Training new and existing staff Scheduling patient appointments. Maintain office equipment and maintain office supplies Front Office Coordinator Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel, as well as web-based database programs and the Internet.
