About the role

The Operations Supervisor supervises teams comprising analysts.

About the role

  • Support in process expansion, staffing, and new hire training

  • Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices

  • Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures

  • Develop metrics to measure growth and performance of the department

  • Interface with India and US based managers on production, quality and security guidelines

  • Conduct performance reviews for assigned Analysts

  • Assist the Manager- Operations in smooth transitioning of work to WFIS

  • Resolve escalated problems, communicating information orally or in writing to customers, other departments and/or senior management

Market Skills and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • At least 3 years of financial experience in a contact setting center setting

  • At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity

  • Amenable to work night shift and shifting schedules

  • Amenable to work in Mc Kinley Hill, Taguig City

About the LOB The Wholesale International Program (WIP) is a Wholesale Banking key initiative to expand Wells Fargo's global platform by offering in-country lending, treasury management, foreign exchange and trade services in more than 20 countries through established Global Banking offices. The overarching objective of the Wholesale International Program initiative is to provide a consistent global customer experience that integrates seamlessly with Wells Fargo's market leading domestic solutions. About the Department The Static Team will own and manage the day to day activities related to static data processing for the WIP Canada and US Multi Currency Branches.The scope of this work includes, but is not limited to, the opening and ongoing maintenance of Customer and Account static data in Flexcube. About the Role This person is expected to assist in the future transitions of similar workload into this team. (Note: In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required) The responsibilities might include but not limited to: * Taking ownership of the static data set up process across relevant systems as required * Ownership of investigation case set up and ultimately ensuring clearance of breaks following the investigation * Ensure all required reporting tasks are completed accurately and on time * Ensure the daily task list is completed and deadlines met * Ensure operational risk is being considered for all tasks completed; any incidents are reported and addressed as required. * Liaising with team SMEs to ensure requirements are met and adequate testing is completed prior to implementation, when required * Full participation in virtual training plans.
