The Information Technology Practice aims to hire an Operations Specialist. This individual will be part of the Information Technology Diagnostics team and is responsible for service management, product marketing collaboration, and operational coordination across the Tech practice. The role is to ensure critical service delivery to existing and prospective members, through direct ownership of the responsibilities outlined below.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Driving Diagnostics Recruitment and Retention
Co-designing and supporting recruitment campaigns for IT Practice member diagnostic participation and coordinating related operational activities (campaign tracking, follow up, etc.)
Collaborating with program and marketing partners on broader communication messaging and service recruitment channels for diagnostics
Creating recruitment and retention playbooks and training collateral for the revenue community
Engaging directly with members as needed to enable diagnostic service consumption (e.g., status updates, deadline reminder calls, etc.)
Tracking, Analytics, and Reporting
Helping track member service utilization of IT Practice diagnostics
Identifying opportunities to improve information capture, segmentation and targeting capabilities for recruitment and retention efforts
Conducting light analytics on the success of diagnostic recruitment and retention efforts to inform future campaigns and strategies
Creating and Managing Diagnostics Collateral
Maintaining an updated library of internal collateral for use by commercial teams and practice-wide merchandising efforts in partnership with revenue and marketing
Maintaining the website presence for diagnostics (e.g., banners, bench marking tabs, and landing pages) to reflect accurate and up-to-date participation dates and collateral.
Process Efficiencies and Team Enablement
Identifying and implementing standardized operating procedures to engage diagnostic participants with the goal of ensuring consistent and high service levels across all diagnostics
Owning local implementation of global process, make suggestions on regional improvements focused on driving diagnostic utilization and operational excellence in globally
Assisting with one-off projects (e.g., creating sample reports)
Ability to multi task, prioritize and work across a variety of internal/external stakeholders
