Responsibilities
Under moderate supervision, this position is responsible for partnering with several functional areas including Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Admin.
Project Management - manage various projects and assignments
Conduct 90-day, 6 month, and 1 year assessments for new hires and exit conduct interviews
Assist with employee engagement & company innovation projects
Manipulate various ad hoc reports to support HR, Finance, and Sales/Marketing
Assist with monthly reporting metrics
Maintain Operating Units HR SharePoint sites
Assist with Training projects as needed
Maintain electronic filing and other HR related documents
Assist with the creation of presentations
Coordinator company functions/events
Send company communications
Assist the Sales and Distribution department as needed with Salesforce, scorecards, and producer management
Qualifications
3-5 years of Operations or Human Resources experience.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with Teams
Salesforce experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Detailed Oriented
Demonstrated Problem Solving skills
Be highly successful in a collaborative, hands on environment
Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines and productivity demands while maintaining a positive, controlled, professional presence.
