Job Summary
The Operations Specialist supports and executes data entry for the Institute Advancement constituent data system. The operations specialist works with a team to maintain the integrity of entity records.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: HS Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 years of related work experience o
Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with a diverse population
Knowledge of computers, accounting practices, and data entry
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under the pressure of a high volume operation
Demonstrated planning, organizing and effective time management skills to meet established deadlines
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to compose routine correspondence and reports
Strong attention to detail
Ability to anticipate and solve problems
Preferred Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
Proficiency with online computer systems and applications including but not limited to Advance
Working knowledge of online cash management systems such as CashPro

Starting Salary/Rate
Expected hiring range: $19.00 - $21.65
