Operations Specialist

SUMMARY

Responsible for creating device and lot history records for release to production floor and reviewing them for completeness and accuracy once finished. This position will work with Production Management to complete transactions in inventory management system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of device history records and lot history records

• Complete Inventory transactions in inventory management system

• Special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

• Ability to work with spreadsheets, enter transactions

• Excellent keyboarding skills and ability to generate documents using Microsoft Word and/or Excel required

• Detail oriented

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions

• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in packaging or assembly

• Or, equivalent combination of education and experience
