Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer/Chief Marketing Officer, the Operations Specialist will work directly with the COO/CMO, President and senior leaders of Atonix Digital to ensure the smooth operations of a fast-growing technology company. The Operations Specialist is a critically important role as it will assist with operational and strategic outcomes, work effectively with internal team members and external business partners, and ensure the execution and implementation of key initiatives.
The Operations Specialist will embody Atonix Digital's core values and understand our culture to serve as the right hand and trusted partner to our COO/CMO. He/she will be discrete, high-energy, agile-minded, strategic, proactive, a direct communicator, highly organized, and committed to the vision, values, and culture of Atonix Digital. The ideal candidate will be capable of functioning not only on a strategic level, but also at an operational and tactical level. This role will be both a key implementer and communicator of strategic projects across the organization and help manage activities that are critical to the company's success.
The Operations Specialist will have the right balance of humility and self-confidence to be able to juggle the many facets of this position, while also effectively managing change in a very fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment.
What will you do?
Provide oversight on time-sensitive issues and initiatives that include cross-functional and organizational dimensions
Lead and deliver special projects and ad-hoc requests to support the COO/CMO while driving work forward across the senior leadership team and stakeholder groups
Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the COO to facilitate efficient decision-making

Ensure accurate notes during meetings that the COO attends and make sure that the action items from the meeting are executed
Maintain a pulse on the business and help connect dots with others across the organization
Prepare materials for executive level meetings as well as research and prepare information for presentations

Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 5 years working experience at a start-up or in the technology industry
