GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Coordinate all cash collection efforts for over 800 kiosks. Execute daily operational and compliance functions to ensure company PCI programs are adhered to.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with account managers, customers, and armored car companies for setup of cash collection service for new and existing accounts.
Day to day liaison between company and various cash collection vendors.
Responsible for scheduling regular inspections of company hardware for compliance with PCI regulations.
Coordinate with account managers, customers, and stakeholders to set up cash collection service for new accounts.
Review vendor invoices to ensure accurate billing.
Various other administrative duties and reporting requirements as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will supervise one employee.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree (A. A.) or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
Must pass drug test screening.
Must pass background check and credit check.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will often be required to sit, talk and hear. The employee will occasionally be required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. There are no special vision requirements.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occasionally be exposed to moderate noise levels (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
