Operations Research Analyst
Analyze the actual and predictable interacting operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making or resource allocation. Leverage advanced knowledge of modeling and measuring techniques, mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematical techniques, and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines in determining solutions. Provide work leadership to junior employees.
Experience with data collection and analysis planning, test issue resolution, post-test data analysis, and report preparation and production
Experience with developing data collection and analysis methodologies to ensure that all test data collected is of sufficient quantity, quality, and relevancy to meet test objectives
Ability to analyze operational test activities and apply advanced knowledge of mathematics, statistical, and engineering methods in determining solutions to complex problems
Top Secret clearance required
BA or BS degree required
Experience with Joint or operational Test and Evaluation (T&E)
Experience with military planning, intelligence, and operations processes
Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the US Combatant Commands, including USCYBERCOM, Service Test Agencies, including ATEC, and Service doctrine commands, including Army TRADOC
TS/SCI clearance preferred
BA or BS degree in a STEM field preferred; MA or MS degree in a STEM field a plus
Formal Military ORSA Courses or Designation preferred
