The Role

This Operations Project Manager for Banter is critical to building strategic initiatives and driving execution to expand Signet's market share through increasing the banner's revenue and margin. This dynamic role touches many areas of the business including acting as a consultant between Operations and business partners in the strategic planning process around company and banner initiatives. In this role, you will support projects that are initiated by the Divisional Vice President the Regional Director to create direction and drive organizational alignment.

The Responsibilities

  • Strategize, collaborate, prioritize and execute multiple major projects/programs related to the most important strategic priorities with broad scope and business impact within the banner cross-functional teams, banner leadership team and cross-banner within Operations Administration to take projects from idea to execution

  • Develop, present and maintain strategic plans and accompanying documents in partnership with Banner Leadership to achieve KPI goals and banner objectives through identifying trends in performance, marketing, merchandising, etc while leveraging data to develop recommendations for further modification and expansion

  • Maintain a focus on key business KPIs and forecasts and use analytic horsepower to recommend changes to strategy or tactics to improve business performance

  • Synthesize tactics into actionable banner campaigns via close collaboration with Operations communications specialists, Policy & Procedure Specialist, and Operations Systems Analyst

  • Own the strategic planning of workload planning, implementation, and scaling of banner solutions that help the banner achieve their sales and profit goals

  • Lead and support the banner to accomplish department and banner objectives through managing the Banner Operations Team including recruiting and hiring for open positions, training and providing career development opportunities for the Banner Specialists

  • Develop and present business cases and opportunities to stakeholders, executive leadership, and colleagues while facilitating meaningful and constructive exchanges of ideas and knowledge

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or an analyst role

  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 apps (Power Point, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, Forms/Power Automate)

  • Experience with business analysis platforms (Alteryx, Business Objects, Tableau)

  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with shifting priorities to best support the business needs in a changing retail environment

  • High EQ and soft skills, with the ability to direct activity and influence a variety of stakeholders

  • Ability to effectively share decision points, rationale, plan development

  • Ability to understand and explain detailed information regarding policies/procedures, systems and/or project initiatives

The salary range for this opportunity is $70,000 - $75,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
