In this role, the Document and Workflow Operations organization (DWO) Product Manager will collaborate with DSO Development Teams, Document Content & Record Services (DCRS) Component Technical Teams, and Agile Program Product Managers within multiple active projects, across a suite of applications aligned to a large-scale imaging technology platforms. The teammate in this role will be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively while serving as a liaison between Technology partners, Product Managers and FLU's. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a Scaled Agile Model to ensure there is alignment. An Agile Program Product Manager is responsible for maximizing value for a product and should possess a working knowledge of the product, and a basic understanding of the business or technology domain. As such, it will be advantageous for the applicant to have experience working with Technology teams, along with an understanding of development/testing functions required to enable project delivery cycles. Clarifies strategic direction for the product to the responsible technology team.

  • Ability to navigate effectively/creatively through roadblocks in a professional, diplomatic manner.

  • Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions and own project/process documentation

  • Self-motivation, self-direction, organized

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effectively adapts to changing circumstances.

  • Good foresight for detecting risks and thinking of creative ways to solve/mitigate the risks.

  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work with diverse team members in virtual environment

  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) required.

  • Ability to travel every 12 weeks to support Agile PI Planning.

Desired Skills:

  • Agile SAFe Product Owner or Scrum Master Certification

  • Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban Jira experience

  • Experience with Bank of America Change Management standards

Enterprise Overview

Manages medium-large projects for an operations segment, product line or function. Manages the research of existing operations, procedures, workflow, product and service requirements. Directs the analysis of assembled data to define problems associated with project scope. Directs project parameters, cost and resource estimates. Works closely with operations management on project impact and direction. May approve bid packages from outside vendors and contractors. Has direct management responsibility for a small project team. Requires an in-depth knowledge of the bank and overall operations environment.

Daily responsibilities of this position include execution of test scripts and identification and tracking of defects in Application Life Management (ALM). Data prep and conditioning of accounts as necessary. Provide daily updates to test leads and managers as needed. Review and validate changes across various collateral types and data sources.</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the planning and delivery of testing in support of initiatives including various conversions, modifications and BAU maintenance/break fix changes</p></li><li><p>Lead efforts around test strategy/planning and execution including reviewing changes across various collateral types and data sources</p></li><li><p>Author test plan, scripts and gather approvals</p></li><li><p>Procure test data, data prep and conditioning of accounts</p></li><li><p>Manage resource plan, secure resources, lead test execution, track business completion, log and track defect remediation of test scripts and document results</p></li><li><p>Escalate and clear obstacles/impediments for successful test delivery</p></li><li><p>Track post production validation script execution and business certification to confirm that initiative requirements and user expectations have been met</p></li><li><p>Complete defect root cause trend analysis, remediation, lessons learned to improve in upcoming releases.
