Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our Operations team, focusing on Reportingd anInventory Control at our Distribution Center. Reporting directly to the Manager of Reporting and Inventory Control, this role is pivotal in optimizing our operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and the highest level of service to our customers.

You Will:

• Work closely with the Manager of Reporting and Inventory Control to oversee and analyze operations within our Distribution Center

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive reporting systems to monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment accuracy, and operational efficiency

• Conduct detailed analysis of operational data to identify trends, pinpoint inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for process improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and communication between the distribution center, suppliers, and retail operations

• Participate in the planning and execution of inventory audits, including preparation, reconciliation, and reporting of findings to management

• Assist in project management duties, including timeline tracking, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Provide analytical support for special projects as needed, including but not limited to, system integrations, technology upgrades, and operational expansions

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a related analytical role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work with large datasets and complex systems

• Experience with inventory management systems and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail and deadlines
