Stanley Consultants, Inc is currently seeking an Operations Program Support Analyst to join our Operations team.
This position will operate across all markets and support the Operation Leads. The position will serve by focusing on the business analysis and program business support administration that comes with managing members and supporting a broad and diverse operations leadership. The ideal candidate will have a love for data with a strong desire to learn and improve their technical skills around reporting and automation while working closely with the operations leaders to deliver actionable reporting and support.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Resource planning - identify the forward planning status of resource planning at Department and Group levels, supporting the improvement of resource planning with systems to better and more efficiently identify cross-department and cross market opportunities.
Sales to resource planning
Required skills, education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, finance, information systems, or a related field plus two to three years of related work experience; or ten plus years of successful relevant work experience in data analytics
Strong track record of applying analytics to improve business operations and drive quality improvement.
Proven experience with business and technical requirement gathering and analysis.
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Proficient with MS Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, and a familiarity with VBA.
Basic understanding of Power BI or a related data visualization software
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Familiarity with the engineering consulting industry a plus, but not required.
Base Compensation: $90,600 - $119,600
