The Operations Program Manager II acts as a liaison between manufacturing and program management to ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets for manufacturing sites, product lines, or work cells are consistently met.

Capable of resolving complex issues/problems utilizing comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes
Develops and recommends short- and long-range objectives, consistent with organization guidelines
Coordinates operations and communications within, between, and among various functional areas
Ensures operations conform to the organization's policies and procedures, values, and federal, state, and local regulations
Establishes, monitors, and ensures customer satisfaction
Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling

Operations Lead for IPT accountable for Production Operations Management and Risk and Opportunities
Customer Interface for Operations supporting IPT
BOE Author and Coordinate Operations quoting
New Awards Facilitate Operations Inputs and accountabilities and assure proper production readiness and kick-off
Contract Schedule Review and Approval (Lead Times and Capacity)
Manage AOC and B2B, Sales and Operating Plan
Strategically align master production schedule to level load factory capacity and streamline supply chain to support contract schedules
Coordinated supplier/part selection and production engineering decisions during NPI
Developing and executing plans required to meet or exceed all contract and Internal Operating Plan
Understand cash flow management principles
Develop and manage financial plans and forecasts inclusive of Revenue/ GM/ Cash/ EAC management
Perform variance analysis of schedule and cost on a formal and informal basis
Manage inventory effectively
Implement accepted production process and supply chain revenue enhancement and cost containment solutions
Provide leadership for true root cause analysis and corrective action decision-making on production programs
Coordinate EC Incorporation Management Support (CCB) and impacts
Continually identify Risks and proactively deploys mitigation plans while developing/managing opportunities through the program life cycle
Coordinate Operations inputs in preparation for, IOP, Metrics, PMR's, etc.
Assure a timely closeout of completed program to ensure that all obligations are satisfied and program documentation is properly recorded
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Secondary Accountabilities

Attend applicable internal or external customer meetings
Participate on special project teams
Support and lead new product introduction (NPI) activities
Maintain knowledge of current manufacturing and continuous improvement trends in the industry

Basic Qualifications

BS Degree in Engineering, Management or related field
7 plus years of relevent experience
Deltek Costpoint experience preferred
Proficient technical expertise with demonstrated application
Knowledge and familiarity with standards (ISO, AS, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, communication and writing skills

VIEW JOBS Position: Program Security Operations Manager Job ID: AS20190411-34519 Location: Melbourne, FL L3Harris is searching for a talented, experienced security professional to join the L3Harris Security Team as a Program Security Operations Manager for a State Government program. Principal responsibilities include acting a primary customer contact for security and managing the day-to-day security operations and engineering functions. Duties include oversight, training and execution of lifecycle management of security platforms supporting the network, SLA and Accreditation compliance, break/fix response, and monitoring and reporting of cyber threats against program assets, network infrastructure, and information. The environment includes local area networks/wide area networks (LAN/WAN), Internet connections, security devices, servers and workstations. The Security Operations Manager is responsible for the technical and process direction of the Security Operations Center (SOC), provides direction to the analysts as well as acts as a liaison to other teams within the program and with the customer. The SOC is responsible for continuous monitoring and investigation of correlated security event feeds and the appropriate triage and escalation in case of an identified security incident. The SOC is the primary contact for any suspected security incidents and works to resolve incidents and remediate threats across the managed customer network enterprise. Duties include: * Lead and manage the network SOC for a State Government program, providing technical oversight. * Lead staff to proactively identify, prevent and respond to security incidents. * Ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring. * Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA), process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives and mitigate threats. * Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current operational activities; review policies and recommend changes to improve governance. * Responsible for team management, mentoring, personnel scheduling, overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for the SOC. * Management, administration and maintenance of security devices under the purview of the supported customer system(s). * Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring. * Responsible for integration of standard and non-standard logs in SIEM. * Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to customer and program management. * Co-ordinate with stakeholders to build and maintain positive working relationship; this includes customer SOCs supporting the organization. Required Education and Skills: * BS/BA (or equivalent) degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Security or related field, and minimum 9 years related experience. * 8+ years of Information Security / Cybersecurity experience. * 6+ years working in a security or network operations center. * 6+ years in a leadership role. * Prior Security Operations Management experience. * Experience with incident management, problem management and change management best practices. * Previous experience communicating with senior management and Government officials.
