How You'll Make an Impact:

As an Operations Program Manager at Botrista, you will work closely with our Hardware Operations team to drive critical go-to-market operations and ensure seamless execution of our product launches. Your role will involve extensive cross-functional coordination with technology, business, andhardware ops  teams to streamline processes and enhance product deployment strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major hardware deployment projects, aligning goals and priorities to maximize operational success.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in operational processes related to our robotic beverage solutions, driving forward program objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Deliver clear and concise communications, including regular program status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate large, cross-functional working groups to ensure effective program launches.
  • Apply sharp analytical skills to solve key issues in our operations and technology departments.
  • Communicate decisions and performance insights from leadership meetings to operational teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Champion cross-functional excellence, engaging support from various team members to drive collective success.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, product operations, program management, or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs with superb business acumen.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Exceptional presentation abilities.
  • Skills to anticipate project challenges, manage resources effectively, and achieve results in dynamic conditions.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a driven and independent work ethic.

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $140,000

Plus bonus and stock options
