This role is for an Operations/Productions Stability Leader for Collections and Recovery Technology Systems to manage the technical stability of Production environment from a Development team perspective. Acts as an advocate for the business while representing Collection & Recovery development to advance short term remediation and long term stabilization of Collection & Recovery systems.
Must have strong communication skills. Able to participate in regular planning with agile teams to ensure incident tickets are handled in a timely manner. Ability to collaborate with business support teams to prioritize order of incident remediation and communicate current status of pending incidents. Provide communications to management during high stress situations and on a regular basis of the health of the applications.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management, development, or other technology support role. Possess triage and troubleshooting skills. Experience with Collections & Recovery applications is a plus.
