Responsibilities ?Approve/deny requests and process payment changes and approved extensions ?Assist staff and other business units, to include Personal Finance Management, with member related research requests; such as, information on member accounts, payment history, etc. ?Collect and distribute reports, correspondence, on-line messages and faxes ?Complete and mail collection letters to members ?Maintain basic office equipment and coordinate servicing ?Monitor, field and direct phone calls; document as required ?Order supplies/services and reconcile invoices ?Prepare and distribute member's authorized virtual check ?Prepare and process member payments by phone or electronic funds transfer ?Process insurance policies, renewals and cancellations ?Process member accounts for charge-off; may transfer funds and/or close accounts ?Proofread and edit content for standardization to ensure clarity and accuracy ?Research, review and decision proposals from commercial debt management companies ?Review lien notices and verify collateral information ?Update and maintain manuals, instructions and other documents ?Verify, research and update members' contact information ?File, fax and copy documents ?Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

  • All required unless otherwise noted ?Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity ?Experience in performing clerical or administrative duties/responsibilities ?Basic clerical, technical or administrative skills ?Basic copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills


  • 2 years of banking experience

  • AA degree or equivalent experience
