The Operations Processor 3 position will work in the Contract Validation area and is responsible for providing daily operational support to our Sales Representatives, Relationship Managers and Alliance Partners.

This includes:

Performs a variety of operational tasks for a moderately complex to complex process or functions. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems. Duties may include: receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed; entering transactions into CRT/PC, verifying accuracy; balancing general ledger accounts; resolving complex customer issues using multiple resources and records; preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures. Exercises some judgment within guidelines. Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed. Will from time to time, be asked to work on special projects and reporting needs as needed by leadership

This role does have a shift that works until 7pm, which rotates through all CV team members.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operations experience demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales or sales support experience

  • 2+ years of operations experience

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo SVP (Store Vision Platform)

  • Knowledge and understanding of Hogan

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Ability to independently provide summary and recommendations on operational data

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Fraud and Claims Operations Specialist 3 representatives are responsible for balancing exceptional customer service with strong investigative research while answering incoming calls in a call center environment from internal and external Wells Fargo customers who suspect they have fraudulent, mis-posted, or unusual activity on their accounts or are experiencing an immediate financial crisis. * Effectively authenticates the identity of customers to prevent further fraudulent activity. * Captures all pertinent information from customer about their claim, conducts research, and decisions or provides updates on status of new and existing claims. * Utilizes expertise in all applicable rules, regulations, and procedures to mitigate risk of loss to both our customer and to Wells Fargo and to ensure strict compliance with all regulations and procedures. * Proficient in entering data pertinent to claim into multiple systems as well as reviewing data in multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information while on the phone with customers. * Researches moderate to complex account activity, determines potential source of compromise, and then takes the appropriate action to decision the claim. * Additional duties may include: researching or placing holds and restraints, reversing fees, and / or referring accounts for suspected elder abuse, identity theft, or account misuse. * Refers/reviews more complex/unique situations with senior department staff and networks with supporting departments to create a seamless experience for the customer. Training class begins 8/30/2021. Training hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Monday - Friday for 6 weeks. Working Schedules after training - Schedule includes an 8 hour shift either Saturday between 6:00am-4:30pm or Sunday from 6:00am-2:30pm.
