NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Operations Processing Specialist to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

In these roles you will be responsible for

  • Research, analyze and resolve issues with for providers that impact their reimbursement

  • Clear understanding of both the claim submission and authorization processes

  • Understand the responsibility of all departments within the organization

  • Work with peers and internal customers to suggest ways to prevent repeat issues

  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of network providers' contractual and reimbursement arrangements. Is conversant with contractual terms of all provider types (i.e., physician, hospital and ancillary) in the HPHC provider network.

  • Communicate with both internal and external customers to resolve pending issues

  • Degree or background in finance preferred

  • Exceptional ability to analyze data using Excel, SQL and or access

Preferences: - Optional (nice-to-have's)

  • Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.

  • Solid working knowledge of all the client's business partners

The Executive Office of Health andHuman Services (EHS) IT is seeking to hire an accomplished ITCommunications Specialist. The specialist has the objective of developingsystems, products, services, and content to represent the public and internalimage of the information technology department of the Executive Office ofHealth and Human Services (EHS-IT) in an effective manner and with a cohesivebrand message. These efforts will provide better understanding andcommunications of EHS-IT mission, progress, accomplishments, vision, andcharacter. The tools being developed by the Information TechnologyCommunications Specialist will reach out and inform internal EHS-IT staff,the agencies being served within EHS, and Executive-level decision makerswith messaging affective to each respective audience. Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and evaluate the annualcommunications plan across the network's discreet audiences in collaborationwith EHS-IT SCIO, DSCIO, ACIOs, and Directors. * Lead the generation of online content thatengages audience segments and leads to measurable action. Decide who, where,and when to disseminate. * Put communications vehicles in place to createmomentum and awareness as well as to test the effectiveness of communicationsactivities. * Manage the development, distribution, andmaintenance of all print and electronic collateral including, but not limitedto, newsletters, brochures, and the EHS-IT intranet. * Mentor and lead necessary team membersresponsible for publication design, content development, audio/video managementand/or digital developments. * Track and measure the level of engagement withindifferent communications network over time * Manage development, distribution, andmaintenance of all print and electronic collateral including, but not limitedto, newsletters, brochures, reports, e-newsletters, and intranet pages. * Coordinate and organize quarterly meetings thatengage internal staff. Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Minimum of 10 years of combined communications and design experience, ideally in an "in-house" leadership role covering areas such as website content, newsletters, and constituency communications.
