We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team to plan, develop, implement, review, and monitor our comprehensive Facility Condition Maintenance program (FCA) across all buildings statewide. This role encompasses the management and oversight of critical sub-systems, including Electrical, Building Security/Keycard, Plumbing, Sustainability, and HVAC systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing a financial replacement tracking plan for both expenditures and revenues. Utilizing the FCA IWMS Module, this role will track assets for all State agencies, generating reports essential for budget development and supporting the needs of the CFO. Additionally, the position will ensure compliance with sustainability reporting requirements as outlined in HB3409. This is a pivotal role that requires a meticulous, proactive, and strategic individual to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our facilities statewide.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work directly related to Tririga or comparable IWMS and reporting software; OR,
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
Desired Attributes:
Familiarity with state policies and procedures and experience configuring compliance features to meet organizational requirements.
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Facility Condition Assessment reports and reporting software within the public sector.
Demonstrated strong understanding of Tririga system or comparable IWMS.
Effective strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with Tririga Team, EAM Leadership and other state agencies.
