To analyze, design and develop and administer operational planning processes to meet service financial level and budgetary performance objectives Including resource scheduling, intra-day /real time coordination, communication, and operational analysis.
Additional Job Details :
Position is located in a Real Time Command Center operation and coordinates coverage and plans with other Team members.
Position will be required to work a weekend day, some holidays and some rotation in shift times based on business needs.
Skills/Knowledge Considered A Plus:
Background in workforce management within a call center environment.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel calculations and formulas.
Ability to present plans, strategies and analysis to leadership.
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Two (2) years professional/exempt experience in operational or scheduling analysis with emphasis in statistical research methodologies or operations scheduling in a multiple ACD call center environment. Knowledge of customer service operations, IMS/cosmos systems management. Advanced skills and experience with automated workforce management and pc applications. Advanced knowledge of ACD and telecommunications. Strong systems, organizational, analytical and communication skills.
Domicile / Relocation Information:
This position will be located in Memphis, Tennessee. Relocation assistance may be available.
