REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Required- Shall have five (5) years of experience in managing the overall operation functions of a modern medium ($50M - $150M) to large-scale ($150M+) computer environment is required.
Desired- Experience with managing computer network operations, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, customer support, and production control.
Desired- An understanding of analytical needs and requirements.
Desired- An understanding of systems requirements (development and management).
Desired- Experience in evaluating project needs, determining tasks and durations and allocating resources.
Desired- Experience in resolving complex situations for operational mission critical systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Required- Shall have one (I) year of experience in the SIGlNT environment.
Desired- Knowledge of query syntax, data flows, and of how to manipulate traffic.
Education:A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is highly desired which will be considered equivalent to two (2) years experience. A Masters Degree in a technical field will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of experience.
NOTE:A degree in Communications, Computer Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Information Systems, Program Management, or similar degree will be considered as a technical field.
