RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with, guide, and lead construction, maintenance, and field operations teams while managing the necessary personnel.

  • Serve on the leadership team, contributing as a key collaborator.

  • Actively participate in L10 meetings by communicating issues and solutions, engaging in IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve), and establishing monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives (rocks).

  • Embody and advocate for the core values of CapEx Services.

  • Foster and encourage team participation in company events, including Christmas parties, golf outings, all-hands outings, and more.

  • Oversee and nurture current client operations relationships.

  • Monitor operational performance to identify gaps and opportunities for cost savings.

  • Expand the sub-contractor base by identifying and establishing valuable partnerships.

  • Collaborate with COM, MOM, FOM, EOM, and WOM to ensure resources are available and coordinated for future projects.

  • Review and analyze departmental P&L statements in detail, identifying losses and making necessary adjustments.

  • Participate in the hiring process for new department hires, providing final approval with Integrator consent.

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the operations team through empowerment and discipline.

This is a full time, in person role with an opportunity for a hybrid work environment based in the Leominster, MA area

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3+ years' experience as a Director of Operations or higher

  • 5+ years of management experience in various construction roles (PM, Sr. PM, PX)

  • Demonstrated progressive career experience

  • Experience leading teams with 5+ direct reports

Preferred

  • Degree or formal training in engineering or construction management

  • Management experience in commercial construction (hospitals, schools, retail, etc.)

  • Experience leading teams with 10+ direct reports

  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)

Desired

  • Experience in grocery construction management

SALARY: $105K - $125K
