The Institute has a multi-million dollar operating budget that includes state and contract & grants.

The Administrative Analyst will provide independent, detailed and complex analysis and support in the areas of operations, finance, human resources, and research. Major duties of the Administrative Analyst include financial reporting and forecasting, special projects, facilities management, personnel analysis, and high level administrative tasks. The Administrative Analyst will work closely with the CAO to oversee special projects, speaker series, annual conference and events. Percentage of Time: 100 Shift Start: 8:00 am Shift End: 5:00 pm Qualifications for Position

Knowledge of UCLA online software programs including Bruinbuy, Travel Express, PTA, Facilities Service Request, Telecommunications Service Request systems, and UCLA Online Financial Systems.
