Job Description Job Description Operations Manager Full job description We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in profit loss management, business development, strategic planning, and project management. Background in the calibration field is a plus. Must be proficient with QuickBooks Online and knowledge of the ISO 17025 and ISO 9001:2017 Standard. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance

• Manage day-to-day operations ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals

• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions

• Collaborate with senior management to set company goals and objectives

• Ensure compliance with company policies and oversee implementation of all ISO certifications and requirements

• Quote, Schedule and coordinate field service

• Steer financial growth REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive attitude is a must

• Knowledge of the ISO 17025 and ISO 9001: 2017 standard

• Proven experience in profit loss management and business development

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

• Strategic planning abilities to set long-term goals and objectives

• Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies

• Experience in supervising staff and delegating tasks effectively

• Sales acumen to drive revenue growth

• Must be proficient with QuickBooks Online
