We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, managing teams, and ensuring that our operations align with industry standards and company objectives. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and maintaining our commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and operators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and drive accountability. Budget Management:

Oversee departmental budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in manufacturing operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and customer service teams to ensure product specifications and customer requirements are met. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5 years of experience in operations management within the aerospace manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards, including AS9100 and FAA regulations. Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles and process improvements. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
