Title: Operations Manager, SAP Ariba Customer Value Organization
Reports To: Director, Global Head of Renewals, SAP Ariba CVO
Preferred Location: Atlanta, GA / Pittsburgh, PA/Newtown Square, PA
Responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the SAP Ariba North America Customer Value Organization with emphasis on customer engagement including renewal and network strategy, execution, reporting, and performance improvement
Leadership and Planning
Demonstrates a bias for action and delivers results
Leads transformational projects from strategic identification through results with input and support from business leaders, operations, and finance
Provides direct support to the North America RVP and CEE Engagement community
Develops plans and programs to guide business standardization and execution
Systematically manages risk in renewals business through risk identification process and business review cycle
Enables our business to scale through initiatives such as simplification and standardization of processes, policies, and operating infrastructure
Maintains and improves business forecasting and reporting process
Manages performance and accountability of Customer Engagement team through analytical reviews
Maintains deep familiarity with operating practices required of field team to serve as expert guide and champion for simplification and effectiveness in the business
Teamwork and Collaboration
Collaborates closely with SAP Ariba Customer Engagement teams
Leverages skills of broader team to maximize combined impact on business results
Aligns with key stakeholders across the business
Bachelors degree from accredited college or university and 5+ years of experience in finance, operations, procurement, sales or account management
Working knowledge of the SAP Ariba Customer Value Organization
Financial or operational experience including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Ability to be proactive, self-motivated and self-directed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to collaborate across functions, geographies and leadership levels
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, and Excel
Working knowledge of Smart Sheets and key SAP Sales tools including ICP/CRM, ISP/BW, and EAS
Travel Expectation: Minimal (10%)
