Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager. This role involves collaborating with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic operational plans, improve processes, and ensure quality standards across departments.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven and skilled in optimizing operations. Oversee striping operations for roads and parking lots, ensuring accurate execution and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation for striping projects to maximize efficiency and minimize disruptions.

Partner with the General Manager to develop operational strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze and improve current processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Track KPIs, analyze data, and prepare reports while identifying risks and bottlenecks.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulations across all operations. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and materials while optimizing costs. Develop and execute marketing operational strategies to support business objectives. Implement and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to streamline processes.
