Operations Manager

Polyram Compounds, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. The ideal candidate has a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing data, develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
• Oversee supply chain management, including procurement and inventory control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and develop a team of employees, including production, engineering, supply chain, quality, EHS, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Experience: Operations management or related: 5 years (Required)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Preferred)
