Santa Maria, CA Compensation: $85,000-100,000 Bonus Benefits: Comprehensive Corporate Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, PTO, 401k) Travel: 50-75% across California in support of natural disaster relief (June to November have been historic high points for travel) Position Description: As the Operations Manager you will supervise personnel and equipment maintenance and deployment in support various government agency emergency response teams.

Essential Functions Equipment Maintenance and deployment training Personnel Management Deployment, basecamp operations and redeployment of personnel and equipment Requirements: Technical Leader with 6 years of experience managing personnel and equipment for deployment operations. Experience maintaining diesel generations, portable HVAC trailers, and/or heavy vehicles is extremely beneficial.
