We are looking for a Night Shift Operations Manager to join our distribution center in York, PA. This overnight role is scheduled for M-TH from 3:30 PM 2:00 AM. The Night Shift Manager will direct the distribution center workflow to achieve the operational objectives of the facility. This person achieves warehouse objectives by contributing information and initiating action plans for process improvement in the areas of productivity, quality, safety, and customer-service standards. Resolving problems, completing audits, and identifying trends are within the scope of this role's responsibility. This person will report to the Area Operations Manager and will become a valued member of our team therefore, opportunities for advancement are strong.

Develop and suggest improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout to implement changes.
Participate in root cause analysis to identify problems and recommend changes.
Monitor standard operating procedures and implement resolutions for process improvement.
Accountable for evaluating their Leadership Team and providing feedback regarding job performance and expectations in a timely manner.
May serve on cross-functional teams; responsible for multiple areas or shifts.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Ability to lead and foster a team environment, utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to work alternative shifts as required.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both internal and external.
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization in a professional manner.
Working knowledge of SAP/WMS and understand workflow processes and procedures.
Ability to handle the pressure of deadlines, coupled with frequent interruptions.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years' level experience in a multi-shift operation required.
Advanced technical skills in logistics processes and methods to include flow, cost efficiency, engineered standards, equipment, safety and quality.
