We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational functions of our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management operations, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of global equity markets. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations related to global publicly traded equity investments, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize workflows, reduce operational risk, and improve service delivery. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with investment, sales and marketing, compliance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of operational processes and alignment with investment strategies.

Data Management: Oversee the management of investment data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting for performance analysis and decision-making. Vendor Management:

Coordinate with external service providers, including custodians, brokers, and technology vendors, to ensure high-quality service and adherence to contractual obligations. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure that all operational processes comply with applicable laws and standards.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, performance indicators, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field Experience in operations management within asset management companies, with a focus on publicly traded equities.

Strong knowledge of equity markets, investment processes, and operational workflows. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including portfolio management systems and data analytics platforms. What We Offer:
