Operations Manager

Labatt Food Service is looking for an Operations Manager for our Albuquerque DC. This position will be responsible for overseeing all of the dayshift and nightshift operations, along with the responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of the entire facility.

This position will be an integral part of the future of our Albuquerque DC and will require strategic planning, setting short term and long-term goals and executing them. The Operations Manager will have to manage and motivate the staff to ensure that predetermined productivity and quality standards are achieved and exceeded. The Operations Manager will need to communicate daily with the Night Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition between the day and night shifts. A successful candidate will also build cohesive and effective cross-functional relationships to ensure all company objectives are being met.

This Operations Manager works dayshift, Monday-Friday, but must be available to work any day of the week, any shift, and some holidays. This manager reports directly to the Branch Manager and interacts with all levels of management.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management is preferred, but candidates with relevant warehouse management experience will be considered. Strong computer skills and an ability to adapt to a continually improving software system are required.
