Job Summary

Responsible for the management and operation of the properties and staff as directed by the clients and in accordance with the standards and procedures of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Manage JLL workforce in respective campus. Schedule PM and repair services. Assist in estimation and management of minor IDIQ and repair services.
5 years' experience managing operations/ maintenance trades teams of comparable size. Licensed engineer or journeyman trades qualifications. Experience managing union employees. Operational experience with CMMS operations and work order management.

We provide custom support to implement comprehensive managerial best practices, while also supporting the development of current and future leaders. We do this so that the Church and Catholic entities can more effectively serve and amplify their mission.</p> <p><em><strong>Leadership Roundtable Mission</strong></em></p><p>Leadership Roundtable promotes best practices and accountability in the management, finances, communications, and human resources development of the Catholic Church in the U.S., including greater incorporation of the expertise of the laity.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The Operations Manager coordinates operational and administrative systems and processes to support Leadership Roundtable’s strategic decision-making and planning.
