The Operations Specialist, Int. primary responsibility is providing situational awareness of events, their impact, reasons for outages, projected time to resolve, and final resolutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
May provide guidance/training for less-experienced personnel
Monitoring the CONUS DoDIN-A to meet USARCC-C situational awareness reporting requirements specified in Army NETOPS OPORD and its updates;
Maintaining awareness of all outages including authorized service interruptions (ASIs) affecting USARCC-C managed assets, tracking customer impact, and resolution of events
Informing the DoDIN-A Support Analyst and the Operations Bridge Manager of outages/issues with the network IAW the Incident Management Plan/SOP.
Gather and analyze customer requirements, manage customer expectations, and ensure project efficiency
Other duties as assigned

Secret clearance required

Ability to work shift type schedule

Ability to critically analyze and understand the systems and communicate system requirements to the customer and leadership.
Ability to travel as required.
Ability to meet eligibility requirements of a government security clearance for access to classified information
