Operations Manager

Job Description

Hourly pay rate up to $25, Depending on experience.

We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, including payroll, and coordination of installation jobs. Previous office management experience is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate installation jobs

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

• Learn how to type proposals, cost, and bill jobs under the guidance of experienced team members

• Assist with general office tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist/administrative assistant experience in the construction industry or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience with A/R, A/P, billing, and payroll processing, a plus
