Job descriptionInfosys BPM is seeking to hire a full time Operations Manager, experience in Financial Services and Capital Markets in area of Reconciliation to carry out the onsite production activitiesResponsibilities* Reviews, approves, and may prepare, information/entries and supporting documentation to ensure accounting records and investment vehicle data are accurate * Researches and analyzes issues; identifies the root cause of issues to determine potential controls or process improvements * Analyzes various reports and determines appropriate action to resolve exceptions between internal and external systems * Instructs internal and external sources to post or correct transactions * Performs accurate self-review of work and peer review of some offshore periodic/production work, as needed * Performs quality checks and verifies the accuracy of work prepared by self and other Infosys associates * Manages the Infosys workflow to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner * Serves as a liaison between offshore Infosys and onshore functional team to ensure that questions and issues are addressed using the appropriate level of confidentiality when necessary * Ensure Accountability and act with a clear sense of ownership * Possess good communication skills to effectively work with multiple parties * Experience in Aladdin & Advent is helpfulBasic: * Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent * Minimum 7 years of experience relevant to the job descriptionAbout US:Infosys BPM Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Limited (NYSE: INFY), provides end-to-end transformative business process management (BPM) services for its clients across the globe.
