Our Front Desk Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the front desk. This individual hires, trains, manages, and oversees the front desk staff to ensure members receive the highest level of customer service!

Merchandises store with a results-oriented mindset in order to drive key metrics. Makes visual merchandising decisions based on the needs of their customers. Executes floorset directives in a timely and effective manner. Keeps store's product level high by ensuring new shipment is quickly processed and placed on floor. COMMUNICATION Coaches, confronts, and counsels associates to improve overall performance. Inform and direct associates daily on the evolving needs of the business through clear and concise direction.
