Job Title: Operations Manager/Executive Assistant
Hours: Full Time
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Description:The Operations Manager/Executive Assistant will provide support to a top-executive, this role will more closely resemble a high-level Director of Operations position. A proactive mindset and customer-service approach will allow you to anticipate needs and seamlessly provide the resources the top-executive will need. Your sense of urgency and keen attention to detail will allow you to quickly adapt to changes in schedules and resolve potential conflicts or delays before they arise.
Objectives:
Build, implement, maintain and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management, information management, and leadership staff support
*Oversee all new incoming clients and full file completion
*Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
*Be the first point of contact in handling existing client inquiries or complaints
*Assist in all aspects office management and be a true leader in all activities
*Research competition and help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in market
*Problem-solver in all situations, including meeting scheduling and rescheduling, potential travel issues and delays, and any day to day changes
*Professional in all communications and confidential with all information
*Screen calls, emails and relay messages and respond to inquiries that do not require the top-executive’s involvement
*Monitor and maintain calendar, scheduling coordination
*Maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, vendors, and agents
*Trains, manages and supervises lower-level assistants
*Perform other related projects and duties as requested

*Must Haves:
Bachelor’s Degree required
*3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Manager
*Excellent communication skills
*Organization and system implementation
*Strong attention to detail
*Adaptable and proactive, able to adjust plans and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment
*Time management
*Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance
*Must be willing to commit 18-months to the positon
*Job Type: Full-timeSalary:$40,000 DOE
