Construction Operations Manager

In this role, the construction operations manager's duties and responsibilities revolve around ensuring projects move forward on schedule and on budget. This entails creating schedules, managing personnel, communicating with clients, and working with project managers to overcome challenges. The proper candidate will need to be technically savvy, to bring best practices to a growing organization to do things more efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with receiving materials and creating an inventory system with the Warehouse Manager for better efficiencies.

• Manage the day to day of the projects and PM teams.

• Schedule the teams according to project timelines, adjust accordingly when needed.

• Investigate and improve better scheduling systems

• Investigate new time clock systems.
