Job Overview:

As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the operation of the Mountain Green resort runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis and that our guests and owners have a positive experience. You will be responsible for managing a team of people daily, while balancing this with administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create weekly work schedules.

  • Ensure proper input of payroll on a bi-weekly basis for General Manager approval.

  • Prepare checklists for operational roles and conduct trainings on a regular basis.

  • Serve as liaison between on-site contractor/project manager and Mountain Green. Participate in a daily construction meeting as needed.

  • Serve as liaison between owners and Mountain Green regarding requests and questions.

  • Manage responses in owner's portal on a regular basis.

  • Perform property walk through with General Manager on a regular basis.

  • Manage a checklist of ongoing tasks and projects. Meet weekly with the General Manager to review the status of each item.

  • Assist with invoice processing and general ledger coding in conjunction with the General Manager and the Management Company.

  • Conduct a daily operations meeting at the start of the day with all team members in attendance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to manage operational, administrative, and staff management tasks effectively.

  • 3+ years of experience in resort or hotel operations

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.

  • Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.

  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.

What We Offer:

As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.

Compensation: $60000 - 65000 annually.
