Evernest is a full-service real estate and property management company with a national presence and an outstanding reputation. We operate in 30+ of the nation's most investable markets and with over 15k homes under management, Evernest is recognized as one of the largest single-family and small multi-family brokers and property management companies in the country.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The person selected for this role will train and work as a property manager for 6-12 months in preparation to take on leadership responsibilities. This timeline is dynamic based on reaching competence in the role.

This role is eligible for our company benefits package, including:

  • Salary: $70,000 - $75,000/yr

  • Premium health care, 401k, etc

  • Dispatch field team members to conduct inspections of properties to ensure they are in good condition and well-maintained.

  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity.

  • Drive financial performance by maximizing NOI.

  • Prepare additional reports as required by the Regional Manager, Executive Director, Partners, or Owners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, General Business, Business Management, Engineering or Accounting (Preferred).

  • Real Estate License (Preferred). If not licensed, you must be willing to obtain a license within 90 days of joining Evernest.

  • 2-4 years of experience in any of the following industries (Required): Hospitality, Logistics, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Banking.

  • 5+ years of customer service experience (Preferred).

  • 3+ years of Leadership experience (Preferred).

  • Experience as an entrepreneur or a strong interest in Entrepreneurship through Acquisition (Required).

  • You will be required to work daily from the Evernest office in your market.
