Competitive Base Salary Performance Bonus PTO Health Care Benefits Company Overview EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Operations Manager to lead our Location in the greater Philadelphia area.

Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing network. Job brief We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee staff, and operations of the local business unit. Managers are responsible for administering the morning process, ensuring Technicians are prepared for the day and understand their daily assignment.

Operations Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Training is provided and scheduled in Houston July 11 to the 16th.

Applicants must be available and ready to attend. Ultimately, youll help our company grow and thrive. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations Design strategy and set goals for team growth with Owners Maintain budgets and optimize expenses Set policies and processes Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Oversee recruitment and training of new technicians Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Direct the employee assessment process Prepare regular reports for ownership Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) Requirements and skills Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar executive role Experience in planning and budgeting Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.) Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus The right candidate will be in alignment with our core values and purpose Our company is built around our people.
