Responsibilities: Maintain accuracy and completeness of various reports, bank deposits, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Process grants, programs, and events. Manage documentation Record keeping for revenue recognition and expense reporting Manage mailings for various programs, events, and fundraising activities Organize volunteers and details for events Assist Executive activities and board meeting as needed Handle financials, fundraising ecosystem, grant writing, corporate and individual Qualifications: Knowledge of fund raising ecosystem a must Proficient with computer programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, social media and others Ability to work with Salesforce Ability to work under pressure Non profit experience a plus
