What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
The primary function of an Operations Manager is to manage the people and processes for the Receiving, Order Fulfillment, and Shipping departments. This individual will also interact with Config, Depot, and external teams to maintain expected customer service level agreements.
Oversee the day-to-day operations for second shift Distribution team.
Manage a team of 15+ associates.
Prioritize escalated orders to meet demanding customer SLA's.
Nightly status reporting for all three departments.
Ensures ISO 9001 Quality Standards are actively followed at all times.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
Proven track record in current role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task, delegate, and drive improvements.
Experience in a leadership role.
Knowledge of all Distribution processes and procedures.
Understanding of all inventory systems.
Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience.
