We are currently assisting our client, industry leader, with an Operations Manager search near Perrysburg, OH. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team with the key mission of ensuring a safe work environment, meeting customer quality expectations, delivering products on time, and effectively implementing and operating corporate and plant procedures within their manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities: Demonstrated metric-driven, successful performance of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Management within a manufacturing business Strong working knowledge of the following subject areas: Materials, Process Engineering, Quality systems, Production Supervision, and Health & Safety Demonstrated metric-driven, successful performance of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Management within a manufacturing business. Identify areas of opportunity to improve the efficiency and quality of the production process Evaluate company safety protocols and procedures Lead and build solid working relationships with the plant employees Requirements:
