Titan Security is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to work out our downtown Chicago offices. Join a leading company in one of the fastest growing industries. The Operation Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Communicate expectations and support Account Manager's and Scheduling Manager's in meeting standards; Training, licensing, post/job requirements, open positions and absence tracking.
Run weekly reports, audits and communicate findings. Create plan for improvement. Support operations team with Absence tracking policies and procedures. Conduct disciplinary discussions with officers. Focus on quick close out of deficiencies
Fleet Support-review/schedule/conduct vehicle maintenance, create/submit accident reports, GPS/camera monitoring, fuel consumption review/monitoring, billing, licensing and lease program review.
Mobile device management-manage ordering, upgrade/replace, billing, and accessory management.
Install guard tour systems train officers and managers on system.
Manage vendor relationship with guard tour systems, Fleet programs, & mobile devices.
Manage monthly award recipients. Create payroll forms, submit documentation, order plaque
Support operations team with scheduling, client visists, special events, etc
Other duties as assigned.
Due to the nature of this assignment, special attention is paid to those candidates that are able to successfully demonstrate: A work history illustrating a progressively increasing security/customer service related skill sets and responsibilities with an emphasis in a supervisory capacity work, communication center protocol, knowledge of security operations, in addition to an advanced level computer proficiency/technological skills, specifically as it relates to established physical security needs.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED), Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years Management experience in an operational role. Fleet Management experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois PERC, including state accredited training requirements.
Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, scheduling software a plus.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must maintain a working telephone number though which we can contact you.
Physical Demands: Standard office environment.
Salary & Benefits: Annual compensation is between $45,000 and $50,000 per year based on experience, plus paid time off, medical insurance, dental insurance, paid holidays, and pension/retirement benefits. Skills-enhancing training and opportunities for career growth and promotion.
