Overview
The Bonadio Group is seeking an Operations Manager to work directly with Small Business Advisory (SBA) leadership and Firm leadership to move the SBA Service Line (SL) and Firm forward in achieving the Firm's strategic plan and assisting in the execution of the SBA Service Line's operations plan.
Responsibilities
Act as the Service Line liaison for Marketing, Learning and Development, Information Technology, Human Resources, Productivity Management, and Talent Management (to include global resources)
Support development and oversight for policy and operations
Mitigate risk though monitoring risk standards
Work with Service Line to develop and execute efficiency initiatives including Global Resources.
Coordination of Service Line Leadership meetings and scheduling deliverables
Collaborate with SL on merger integration, and change management, new initiatives
Work with Human Resource Business Partner, SBA Service Line, and Promise Team Leaders to monitor performance feedback and review process.
Prepare and develop reports through company-utilized system
Maintain consistent communications within the Service Line and cross-collaborate with other Service Lines
Provide Tax return-related data analytics to SL stakeholders
Enhance an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business or finance related discipline
A minimum of three years of experience in a public accounting, finance, or operations management role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proven leadership experience
Ability and willingness to travel to office locations (approximately 5% travel)
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $90,000 and is commensurate with experience
Hours of Operation
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday
