Due to a growth-related transfer, we are looking for a full-time Operations Manager to perform various administrative duties in support of our operations. We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our facility Normal, IL. Job Summary An Operations Manager will oversee the company’s organizations processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality.

Major Job Responsibilities Supervision of multiple employees to ensure the coordination of satisfying customer needs Positively and effectively lead teams to increasingly higher levels of productivity, quality and customer service. Constantly making sure that safety is our number one priority, every day in everything we do. Budget Management Organizing open orders, delivery appointments, requests, etc. to ensure all customers are serviced efficiently and profitably Solving problems as they arise, often in urgent situations Working various short- and long-term research and improvement projects as needed Perform other duties as needed Job Qualifications Have a minimum of an Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. 3 years of administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication skills, verbal and written Must be organized and detailed-oriented Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels Be very dependable, with excellent attendance Have a stable job history Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs Working conditions/physical demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
